The location is awesome—right in the center of Gramado, so you can walk to many places. There’s no parking, and parking in Gramado’s center is tough with paid blue zones and fierce competition. Breakfast isn’t flexible with timing; since most tours leave before breakfast, it’s basically unavailable on those days.

The building has a nice look, feels cozy, the apartments are spacious and pretty, and the bathrooms are good. The shower water is scorching hot; opening just the hot tap can burn you. There’s no parking, though there’s an agreement with a nearby hotel where you can park for a daily fee.
