Palazzo Iaquinta - Rooms, Restaurant & Wellness

The location is beautiful, a dreamlike building that feels like stepping back in time, the staff are extremely kind and helpful, Mr. Nicola is friendly and cordial, and they made us feel at home. There were a few minor technical glitches, the location isn’t updated on Google Maps, and the road is a bit rough, but after driving it a few times it becomes fairly easy.

The historic building fits wonderfully into the town of Cicerale, from which the Alento River Oasis and the coastal area like Agropoli are easily reachable. The room is spacious with a small balcony overlooking hills and sea, a very comfortable bed, perfectly functioning air conditioning, a large modern bathroom, and impeccable cleanliness. The restaurant is also available, nicely integrated into the common atrium of the building. There’s a shared garage with covered parking at no extra cost or reservation. The owner is available to meet requests promptly. The basic breakfast at the bar in front of the building isn’t very abundant or varied, but the piazza atmosphere and the friendliness of the bar manager and locals make up for it.

“Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo”

The staff, especially Nicola who runs the restaurant, were kind and friendly, and the kitchen was good. The building itself is nice, and the value for money is solid. The location isn’t very convenient; one evening we took a country lane back to the village and it felt like an adventure. The rooms are minimalistic but adequate; I would add a small fridge. I’d raise the room rate slightly and give each guest a bottle of water upon arrival. There’s no staff to greet you at check‑in or say goodbye at check‑out. We didn’t meet the hotel manager because we only stayed one night. When we booked last minute, we received dozens of WhatsApp messages—text, audio, video—explaining how to get there, where to park, how to return in the evening, etc., which was overwhelming while driving.

Siamo stati accolti in struttura da Nicola il direttore di sala una persona squisita e gentilissima.ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del palazzo servizio impeccabile e piatti buoni ,il tutto allietato dalla compagnia di Nicola attento ma nn invadente . Stupenda e gentilissima anche sua moglie la governare attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti e camera sempre in ordine e pulita.grazie ad entrambi siamo stati benissimo
