How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The food is delicious, of a high standard and your staff is great and simply wonderful. The rooms are comfortable, the experience in the jacuzzi in front of the views was exceptional. The expectation was that the cruise would last the entire duration of the stay and we would see many beautiful views along the way. In reality, the cruise was an hour there and an hour back. As for octopus fishing… it seemed like a joke at our expense

The places were gorgeous, but we think we’ll get lost in Ha Long Bay next time. The view was stunning, though the bathtub and spa didn’t work.

We enjoyed the kayak cave tour, the room and bathroom, the interior décor, the drinks, and the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. The ship felt worn, the food was average cafeteria‑level and not the high‑end experience I had expected from my research; it was cheesy at times instead of classy, and there were many small issues.

The cruise was fantastic, with a great crew, perfect weather, and some memorable moments. A few suggestions: bring water on the boat because supplies are scarce, and bring cash for all trips since vendors don’t accept cards. A reminder from the crew to bring a little VND would help buy drinks or souvenirs, and having water on the boat after activities would be a simple but effective gesture.

Everything about the tour was spectacular, the room was sensational, and the view kept getting more surprising. The staff were great, especially Ninh, who guided us to the attractions with care, attention, and a lot of good humor.
