The location and cleanliness were good, but they didn’t explain how to order breakfast during check‑in.

The room and surroundings were lovely, even though the building is close to a busy road; you still don’t feel the traffic. Nothing else.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was very good, and the location was very good. The breakfast portions were small and they didn't offer more when asked.

I stayed in the 'Quarto Duplo Superior' (room 6), which has a wardrobe with a desk – simply wonderful. The room was super spacious, the bed comfortable, and the built‑in wardrobe perfect. It was bright and well ventilated. I highly recommend this room. The hotel staff were helpful and always willing to assist. The location was perfect, on one of Ubud’s best streets, with many restaurants, shops, massage parlours, and a Coco Supermarket (the Bali supermarket chain) just a few minutes away – only a 7‑minute walk down the main street, which is very pleasant to stroll on. The curtains could have been blackout and stretched from one side of the wall to the other, covering the door between the two windows. Breakfast came with plenty of fruit, but sometimes there was no bread (just two fried eggs and coffee); other times, the bread was plain, without butter. They could improve a bit more on that point. Still, the stay is worth it.
