There was no one at reception, I asked for an immediate refund, the manager was unreachable, I wasn’t refunded, and I couldn’t even check in.

I booked the “tartane” but ended up staying late after a series of mishaps in a rural spot that wasn’t very pretty outside; mosquitoes made it impossible to stay.
