The spot is right in the heart of Pirano, super convenient. The room was clean and welcoming, but the entrance shared with the restaurant’s kitchen below made you notice some unpleasant smells as you passed by.

Checking in was a breeze with clear instructions and a simple code, and the location is great. However, the AC sits directly above the bed, and both of us fell ill afterward. The room itself is tiny, and the bathroom is even smaller—nothing like the photos showed, which seem to feature only the best rooms. If you’re lucky, you might get the same last‑floor, right‑hand room we had. The entrance leads through a hallway next to a nearby restaurant’s kitchen, so every time you go in or out you’re hit with a strong, but not unbearable, kitchen odor.

The location is perfect for enjoying Piran, with several restaurants just a short walk away. The bedding is comfortable and the street is quiet.

The place is well situated in the city centre, but the towels smelled very musty and still had brown stains. In the hallway, the laundry bags from previous guests were still hanging. We only had self‑check‑in and no direct contact with staff. The front door sits between the two restaurant kitchens above the apartment, and the staff there were unfriendly when we passed through the lobby.

The spot is ideal, close to the port and the city centre. The only downside is that blackout curtains should be added.
