The security guard and the male front‑desk staff were friendly, but when I called the desk several times I found four people just chatting on duty. The room we stayed in had a broken bidet, so we had to change rooms, and the new room had a generator that made it very noisy. The gym and pool were also not great.

The staff were very accommodating, but the place was dirty and my two kids got large bug bites. The bathroom was also dirty.

The rooms are clean and the staff are polite, and the bed is comfortable. There is no complimentary bottled water, and hot water isn’t available unless you order it, which costs an extra P100 for room delivery. Parking is limited, the food—especially the breakfast buffet—is poor, and the AC leaks water so the floor gets wet.

The place is conveniently located and the view is nice. The towels feel thin and worn, and the room supplies are minimal: no complimentary bottled water, just a hallway water dispenser that I didn’t like the taste of, and only one body wash for both hair and body. The chair is stained. It’s acceptable if you’re just looking for a place to sleep.
