We spent two nights in a triple room that was very comfy, clean, and the staff were helpful; perfect for a couple of nights or a quick stop.

Whenever I return from Cardiff Airport, I stay here again; the staff greet me warmly every time, they’re always polite, and the location is perfect.

The spot is great for the airport, but the electric sockets were only on the opposite side of the room, not near the bed.

The roof leaked, I called reception at 22:00 but no one answered, and the manager promised to call back the next morning but never did; the TV in the room was broken, water dripped through the ceiling when it rained—what a nightmare—and the beds were uncomfortable.
