“Estadia nota 10”
The location, cleanliness, and breakfast were all good. I liked everything.
The staff were helpful. The shower had a loose hose so I couldn’t take a shower, and the TV kept losing signal all the time.

The room was clean and well‑located, and the breakfast was tasty. The room we stayed in was extremely cold and only had a very thin blanket; we booked the hotel after a wedding, but when we arrived around midnight the noise from other guests was so loud that it was hard to rest.
Although the staff member was new and in training, Silvia was very helpful. She had a bit of trouble during my check‑in and I noticed the manager seemed impatient explaining procedures. The way Michele treats customers and even her coworkers is unpleasant, and I saw her leaving the reception several times. She lacks empathy toward colleagues and guests, and when Silvia made a small mistake at check‑in, Michele accused me of owing money that I didn’t. Her comments toward her coworker were disagreeable.
