I had somewhere to sleep, but when I checked in at 2:30 the double bed with pull‑out couch wasn’t ready, so the lady said she’d check me in when it was ready and not to worry. My granddaughters were playing in a tournament, and after the second game the hotel called saying all they had available was a double bed room. When I got to the hotel I learned they were still going to charge me for the bigger room, so I finally got them to charge me for the smaller room. It was rough! I had to share a Queen‑size bed with my 19‑year‑old, 190‑lb son, and I did not sleep well.
