The location is great, the staff are helpful, and the breakfast is complete and varied. The room is comfortable. The cleaning could be better; there were small cockroaches in the bathroom and the floor was not clean under the bed.

The location is very good. No one helped us with our bags even though we were both female travelers with a 6‑year‑old child. The room smelled like dog, later we learned it was a pet‑friendly hotel, which could explain the odor. Breakfast options were limited.

Dear Management, I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell. The overall hygiene standard of the hotel was very poor. After eating at the breakfast buffet, I suffered food poisoning and vomited 8 times. This was a very serious and distressing experience, especially while traveling. The restaurant clearly needs much better food hygiene and safety standards. I originally booked only 2 nights because I wanted to see how my experience would be. If I had a good experience, I fully intended to extend my stay for additional nights. Unfortunately, due to the poor hygiene, food poisoning, and unfriendly staff, I decided to stay somewhere else instead. The staff were not friendly or helpful when I raised my concerns. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and would appreciate your prompt response regarding how you intend to resolve this issue
