“Very happy”

The pool area, breakfast, yoga, and room were great. Occasionally the sunbeds were reserved for over an hour and no others were available.

“The hotel staff where nice and pleasant but the restaurant manager was terrible and should not be front of house dealing”

The local was good. I filled my complimentary water bottle, and the restaurant manager accused me of stealing the water, which I found totally unacceptable.

“Excellent installations and attention”

I really liked the hotel. All the staff were polite and attentive. The food was delicious, and the restaurant service was excellent. The rooms were brand new, spotless, and bright, with a lovely design; cleaning and towel changes were done daily, and beach towels were provided. I would especially like to mention Lesia, Aroa, Regina, Zen, Mayca, Santana, NAIA, and Avgustin. There was a pleasant birthday surprise from the hotel. Thank you to all the hotel staff
