The staff were 100 % helpful. The pool temperature was beautiful! The only downside was having to go down a very uncomfortable spiral staircase to have breakfast.

The breakfast was good. What we liked most was all the staff – excellent attention, first‑class service ready to resolve any new situation. The pool was great. Having a kitchenette with utensils made the stay very special. I would definitely come back. The location is very good, close to the city but in the middle of nature, which is great. The only thing that could be better is cleaning the bathroom in our room a bit more.

Everything was very nice and well maintained, the gardens were beautiful, the pool temperature was pleasantly warm, and the breakfasts were delicious and provided everything needed to avoid hunger. The only issue was that the jacuzzi in the pool area was not operational, and the room jacuzzi was also not working.

I found the place super comfortable and spotless, but the sauna was only accessible with permission.
