“Worst Experience”
The experience was the worst I’ve had: no one was at the reception desk, and the booking was cancelled at the last moment. Only one caretaker lady was on site, and she didn’t speak any language except Tamil. We were traveling with family and kids, and the hotel told us no rooms were available, forcing us to find new accommodation at night during peak season after a long journey—don’t book here based on a few paid reviews.

The hotel is close to the city, but parking is hard because of a deep sharp turn. The food is good, but the entrance is not spacious. Staff are not very accommodating to guests who book online.
The location was fine, but the overall experience was terrible. Facilities were poor, staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and nothing matched what was promised. Despite booking in advance, our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived and we waited over two hours; when we finally got rooms, some lacked proper locks. I had specifically asked for ground‑floor rooms for medical reasons, but that was ignored. Management was careless, service unacceptable, and the stay was extremely disappointing—definitely not recommended.
