The shuttle wasn’t available during our stay, and the hot tub was cold.

“A great place to stay if visiting Universal”

Very clean, friendly staff, pleasant ambiance and good amenities; the shuttle service was fantastic, though the water pressure was poor and it took a while for hot water to reach the sink and shower.
