The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were definitely its strong points, but unfortunately, it's located on a busy avenue, which made it a bit noisy. It was a shame, really, because the hotel itself was great.

I paid in advance, but when I arrived at the reception, my reservation was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, they were fully booked, so I had to scramble to find another place to stay. It was a real hassle, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The only decent thing about this hotel was the bed - it was actually quite comfortable. But, unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. There was no hot water, and it was freezing outside, which made for a miserable stay.
