“Stay was good, average property, needs some tlc”

Getting there and leaving was easy, and parking was convenient. However, there was a lot of damage, holes in the walls, and nothing was included for the price. It was very basic and some areas were dirty.

“Short walk from the beach”

A short walk to the beach and the shops on Hutleys. The only downside was the large number of ants in the caravan; they even crawled over me and my children in bed.

“Our stay at st osyth holiday park”

The location was great. Two minutes from the sea. We had a market within walking distance. Great Community spirit. Dog friendly. Everyone very friendly & chatty. The mobile itself had everything we needed & a few extras that came in very handy. Nice & clean & homely.we had a great stay. There was nothing that upset or ruined our time away. Nothing that we didnt like. We actually had 3 great days & nights away

“Would rather stay in prison for the two weeks”

I had to walk over mud to reach the door and lift my dogs to keep them from getting muddy. The Wi‑Fi was not included by the owner, so it kept dropping. The mattress was shocking. I paid £60 extra for the dogs but faced many rules that were only sent just before arrival. Customer service was good, but the owner didn’t care. There was no microwave; only a microwave‑compatible dish. The washing‑up bowl was huge and didn’t fit the sink. I had to bring my own bedding, but dogs weren’t allowed on the bed. I couldn’t leave the dogs alone, so I couldn’t use the clubhouse or pool. The area looked run down.

“Really enjoyed my stay”

The location was great. The fire extinguisher was empty.
