We stopped by the Antares hotel in Shimonai for a couple of nights in January 2026 on a work trip. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the soundproofing was good. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it's really convenient that they have parking available. The Wi-Fi was stable too. For the price, it's a great deal - we'd definitely choose Antares again if we're back in Shimonai.

This hotel is a gem - clean, new, and thoughtfully laid out. The staff are really responsive, and the room had everything I needed, from AC to a tea kettle. Plus, the reception had a bunch of useful numbers for local services. It's tucked away in a quiet spot with a cool history - fans of Soviet cinema and lit will love the nearby Maria's Rock. Artem, the staff, was super helpful and welcoming. My stay was comfy, thanks to them.
