How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The property was not actually available, even though the site said it was; my money was withdrawn and only after we arrived did the staff inform us that the room was not available.

The space was fine, but the room was cold, had no heater, the duvet was too light for summer, and the geyser was off.
