The pool was nice and there were two people who spoke my language and did everything they could to help me, but the internet didn’t work for even a minimal amount of work or a call. They had to change my room because the one I was in wouldn’t open; there was an electronic key problem. The housekeeping left food in a bad state and the room smelled awful. I was charged for laundry and ironing when I only requested a wash.

The room was clean and the morning staff, especially Malak, were helpful, but the night staff were argumentative. The white towels looked greyish and dull – you have to use bright white to keep them white! The room light is very strong and there’s no option to turn it off by the bed; you have to get up and go to the main light switch. No one attends the second‑level café. A small water bottle is extremely expensive, 12 eg, almost theft. The restaurant entrance glass door isn’t clean and has oiled fingerprints all over it, and the table surface isn’t clean. The morning egg chef cooks without gloves, using bare fingers. I won’t stay there again. There are no operating standards and they use “peasant soldiers” for service to save money instead of professionals.

Quiet.

The location is hard to reach; I had to request more than one Uber and they couldn’t get there. There are no signs from the main gate to the hotel entrance, and the entrance to the hotel is very difficult – the only thing that stands out is the place and the park. Reception was bad, no greeting or smile, no special entrance for those with needs or seniors, and everything has fees – games, swimming, gym, etc. I expected a notice upon entry, but I found the treatment to be condescending from the reception ladies and some men.
