The place sits behind the station; just cross the footbridge over the tracks and you’re there. The whole building is a private rental with a kitchen, cookware, fridge, kettle and tea bags – super convenient. On the day of heavy rain I was heading from Hana no Kura to a soup chicken in Kumano City and wanted to check in at 13:00, so the host kindly let me in early. He also helped me try to cancel at the Tsukizawa Hotel, and although the hotel owner refused, he patiently found me a Jalan customer‑service link and I was able to cancel successfully.
