I had a wonderful experience at Velmour Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. “So So experience”

The building itself is pretty nice, but the service left a lot to be desired – the staff moved at a snail’s pace and we waited an hour for anything. The food was bland, and the grilled sandwich came out charred.

“Not a value for money”

The rooms were well ventilated and offered a solid view overall, yet the place didn’t feel worth the money considering its location. Prices were high and the food carried an extra 18 % GST.
