I barely stayed for an hour, so I booked elsewhere because it wasn’t what I expected. The host was a very rude lady who acted as if she’d done me a favor by letting me stay. I was disappointed with the property: no air conditioning in the sweltering heat, no ventilation, a standing fan and no space to move around. The neighboring flat smelled awful. When I asked the host for an early check‑in, I texted her 15 minutes before the scheduled time; she called back and raised her voice, insisting I couldn’t wait on the street outside the building. It seems she isn’t aware that she rents the place to tourists, which explains all the restrictions. Customer support was almost nonexistent, so this feels like a scam—don’t book through them.

The location is good, the lady was kind and helpful. The bathroom had limited hot water, small towels, and old but clean sheets.

I was disappointed because the place was marketed as a tourist floor but it actually had children staying, which was not mentioned. The description also said that from 10 pm to 10 am quiet hours must be respected, yet that never happened and the guests were very rude. The bathroom cleaning was awful; it seemed like they never cleaned it, and the shower drain was clogged. The room was very small.
