“Trato excelente, aunque con sensación agridulce”

El trato con el propietario es excelente. El sitio es muy tranquilo y agradable, y la piscina se agradece un montón. Nos regalaron verduras de su huerto que agradezco muchísimo y estaban muy buenas. Vimos el eclipse de manera inmejorable. He tenido sensaciones muy encontradas porque el propietario es muy amable y te ayuda. Pero la limpieza del sitio se ha de dar una pensada, había telarañas en las paredes de las habitaciones con sus correspondientes arañas(no llevaban 2 días allí), además de encontrabas panales de avispas(sin ellas) en muchas partes de la casa y las quitamos como pudimos. La zona de la campana tiene mucha grasa y el final de las encimeras, yo y mi madre nos pusimos con ello porque habían zonas pegajosas, además de mal olor en los muebles de la cocina; vi en otro comentario lo del plato de ducha de la planta alta, sigue igual baja agua a la planta de abajo. Y por último la falta de sensación de intimidad, el padre del propietario que es muy majo se pasa la mitad del día(y algún día entero) en el huerto, yo entiendo que es un sitio que se ha de cuidar pero cuando son tantas horas tienes una sensación incómoda. Considero que es una casa con mucho potencial, que le falta mimo, se entiende que es una casa en medio del campo con todas las dificultades que equivalen pero se puede mejorar

“Casa ideal para desconectar y disfrutar”

The location is superb, perfect for disconnecting. The downside was that the upper bathroom sink dripped and soaked the lower sink.

We had mixed feelings at La Caseta dels Cirerers. On the positive side, the host was very kind, attentive, and always tried to help when problems arose. Yet we encountered several major issues. The fridge wasn’t working properly; the host came to fix it but ended up taking some of our food to his house to keep it fresh, returning it the next day once the fridge was slightly better. We also reported a major leak in the shower tray upstairs that caused a puddle in the downstairs bathroom; the host tried to repair it the next day but the problem persisted. Privacy was lacking: the host entered the house without prior notice, and a senior man visited the garden daily, so we felt exposed. Cleaning left us disappointed. While it’s a rural house that might attract insects, the overall condition showed poor maintenance and hygiene: cobwebs and large spiders inside, especially in the kitchen, which was very dirty and greasy. The cabinets for utensils had a strong musty odor. The rooms were a bit better but still not clean, with cobwebs, spiders, and dust. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well, especially in summer. Overall, the place has potential thanks to the host’s attitude, but at the price charged it should improve cleaning, maintenance, and guest privacy.

“Lugar muy confortable y tranquilo”

The area was super quiet and rural, Juanjo the host was very attentive and pleasant. The truth is everything was very good.
