“Beautiful surroundings and excellent hostess”
The place felt genuinely authentic and quirky, but the church bells ringing every hour kept me up all night.

The breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect; there was nothing I didn’t like.

This is a classic B&B with great rooms, a comfortable bed, and the choice of bath or shower, which is a big plus compared to some modern spots, and the breakfast was a classic fry‑up—couldn’t have asked for more. The entrance isn’t great, but you can look past that for a classic B&B experience.

The old vicarage is beautiful and well maintained by the wonderful hosts who made the stay warm and comfortable, shared local knowledge, and served an incredible breakfast; the rooms stayed comfortable even in the heat, and I hope to return one day.
