“okay for a short stay, felt overpriced for its quality”

The hotel was clean and quiet, and check‑in and check‑out were fast. The staff were polite. The mattress was too soft and the bed was too short lengthwise. The toilet would sometimes start flushing again after it had already flushed. The hangers were too short to fit a long coat comfortably. There was no elevator, so with luggage you have to drag it up the narrow stairs. Only one towel is provided per person, so you need to ask for more. Luggage storage is available for £5 per bag, even though normally no one charges for that service.

“The place very close to the coach station so I like it and the room very clean”

The room was very clean, and the toilet was also very clean. I liked it.

“Quality value for money rooms. Great shower.”

The accommodation was honest, comfortable, and good value for money, located close to amenities. The shower was great. Rooms on the lower ground floor suffer from rumbling from tube trains passing under the hotel. Check‑in is handled by another hotel across the street.

“Telly was cracked bed wasn’t clean. Location was great”

Not a lot apart from the location. Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, no lift, very very small room. Very small bathroom was hot and towels weren’t clean

The spot was super handy and the price was pretty good for the hotel, but they hit you with a 5 euro fee per bag if you leave it at reception after checkout—free would have been a nice thank‑you.
