The junior suite was nice and gave a fantastic view of the mountains; the spa was outstanding, even featuring a natural spring at 51 °C, but the EV charging was limited and the staff didn't handle reservations.

The wellness area was quiet with few people, very peaceful, and offered a wide range of treatments.

The food was exceptionally good!

The hotel was centrally located, the room had a balcony and a view, and parking was close by at the Rathaus Parkgarage; the reception asked for a CHF 9 parking ticket per night. I apparently missed that the rooms aren't in the wellness building, and the reception is in the wellness area. The cloakroom in the wellness area was cramped and crowded, and although we could have walked down the street in bathrobes, it was raining and we still found it too cold.

The spa was very pleasant and clean, the food tasty, the staff very friendly; however, the mattresses were hard and there were no bath slippers.
