Getting a taxi is a breeze and the hotel is surrounded by a ton of shops, yet it’s not family‑friendly—rooms are subpar, the smoke smell lingers inside, the bathroom drainage is faulty, and breakfast is only average.

The equipment feels a bit dated, yet the cleaning is meticulous. The hotel sits along Central Road, about 150 m past Second Road toward Third Road, and you’ll find stalls, currency exchange, and a convenience store right nearby, so it’s very convenient and still quiet. Breakfast offers many choices, and during my 8‑night stay the main dishes changed daily, so I never got bored. Two years ago, the hotel also served the typical Thai side‑dish sushi, but that’s no longer available. A subtle perk is the rooftop pool on the 8th floor of the main building, which is rarely crowded and offers a view of Pattaya Beach, allowing a relaxed vibe. Below that floor is a sauna that I used almost exclusively, perhaps because it’s not widely advertised. During the day, the main building offers free juice, and on the first floor of Building 3, free coffee is available. The staff are genuinely attentive, keeping the environment clean. Additionally, Buildings 2 and 3 have paid laundry machines (40 B and 60 B). The only downside is that the towels, while clean, feel a bit worn. Also, like in many Thai hotels, any leftover food should be refrigerated to avoid attracting small ants.
