“Relaxing”

The most calming place I’ve ever been to; after long days in Prishtina, a very busy city, I always looked forward to coming back to the hotel and enjoying the peace it brings. The staff is amazing and always there to help whenever you need something, always joyful and making you feel at home, exceptional!
