The location was okay and breakfast was tasty, but the room was tiny with a bad mattress, the hotel needs renovation, people were smoking at the door during breakfast and the smoke drifted inside—disgusting.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Farhod, Abdulla, Muhammad, and Ahmad. They patiently explained everything we didn’t understand. Everything else was perfect.

Rien à dire sur le personnel. Ils étaient très serviables et à l’écoute. Spécialement monsieur Ahmet. Dès que nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit, c’etait directement fait. La situation géographique est juste parfaite. En 30 secondes vous vous trouvez à l’arrêt de tram Gülhane, en 5 minutes déjà en centre-ville. La chambre de 3 était assez petite, mini salle de bain. L’hygiène reste à désirer. La dame de chambre ne change pas les draps, le sol laisse des traces sales. Le petit-déjeuner restait inchangé. Mais plusieurs choix. On entend tout! Des bruits dehors jusqu’aux chambres à côtés. Sérieux problème d’isolation et d’insonorisation
