I loved the spot—right on a convenient street in Nomentana, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and easy to reach by bus or taxi to the station or other parts of the city centre. The apartment was warm even though the heating was off, with a roomy bedroom and a kitchen (which I didn’t use) that had a fridge and utensils for guests. It’s a lovely flat, and even though it’s on an upper floor, there’s an elevator. Most importantly, it was quiet and comfortable. There are a few things that could be better: a mirror in the bedroom would help, and there wasn’t one in the bathroom except for a small decorative section. The mattress definitely needs replacing. A small table would have made it easier to work on my laptop in the spacious room. Also, fixing the old bathroom pipes that give off an unpleasant smell and the showerhead would be worthwhile.

The location was convenient for our needs. The apartment was clean and tidy. However, some parts lacked maintenance—there was a leaking tap and a partially clogged shower head, among other issues.

The place was in a good spot. But the room was filthy—dust on the floor, hair and grime in the bathroom, and a pair of other people’s underwear in the wardrobe. The bathroom had a bad smell, no windows, and the fan was broken. There was also a mix‑up with the self‑check‑in: the key wasn’t in the box where it was supposed to be, so we waited an hour outside the door. Additionally, the building doesn’t separate waste.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was in a nice apartment, in a quiet building and area, and easily reachable by public transport.
