During a bike tour I enjoyed a pleasant stay at the guesthouse; the host family was very friendly and we could communicate well in English. I was given a large room in a simple accommodation that had a shared bath in an old charming estate with a large garden. A bike parking spot was available on the covered terrace, where I could cool off on a hot day while the house cats came and went.

The guinguette, breakfast, staff friendliness, and location were all great. The building feels a bit old, but that quickly fades because the hosts’ kindness makes us feel at home.
