“Our great stay”
We loved the balcony it was well situated so we could see the fun but enjoy some quiet time. The staff were all friendly & always smiling & willing to help. We loved the park itself. it felt very safe. Great shops & arcades in different locations around the 3 parks. We had fantastic weather, fantastic food and a great stay here. Everyone was so friendly & we were very comfortable in our little home. There was nothing we did not like

The location and host were brilliant and very helpful. The host cleaner wasn’t great.
The outdoor seating area was fine. The TV remote didn’t work, so I couldn’t watch TV. No toilet paper was left in the caravan, and there was no toilet brush. There was no spatula for removing eggs from the pan. The Hoover didn’t work, and there wasn’t a broom, dustpan, or brush, so I was walking on a sandy floor. The second door was broken, so I had to leave it unlocked for the time we were there. Brambles by the tree near the caravan were long, and my son and I cut our feet and legs on them. Plates were wet in the cupboard, and the tea cups were stained. Everywhere smelled of dogs, even the bedroom. The sofa smelled and was too low.
