“The accommodations were fine but the breakfast buffet situation is disappointing”

The lobby was clean and bright, but the breakfast buffet felt very overpriced. The custom order menu should be posted or handed out when guests are asked to pick items; my husband got an omelet for less than the buffet price. I can’t justify paying $16.95 for the buffet.

The room was nice, but there was no free breakfast; they charged $14 per person, which we didn't use.

“Terrible Staff no help whatsoever”

I never got breakfast. Their computer was down so they couldn't confirm my registration, and they were not helpful at all; I had to find another hotel after waiting 4 hours, and I will never stay at another Hilton again. Our local Hilton was much more helpful when we called for info.
