“Recommend”
The location is a few minutes on foot from the main sunset spot in Matera. Water pressure and hot water are good, and the terrace view from the room is great. The host is responsive. A potential drawback is the narrow stairs, and the entrance to the room with the terrace is next to the main entrance.
“Posto Smart, in pieno centro, pulito e con un super host”
Host is kind and helpful, room is clean, and the location is excellent.
Good location and decent room. The air conditioning was not fully functional, and breakfast was served at a cafe located 2–3 minutes away. The breakfast was only a coffee and a croissant
“Genoten van Matera”
Nice room and central location. It’s a bit of a search when you arrive, you have to go straight ahead, turn left, and go up the stairs—just a detail.
“Хозяина апартаментов очень приятно, отзывчивый, и готов помочь гостям. Эти апартаменты можно снять только ради прекрасно”
Great spot right in the heart of the old town, with a courtyard entrance that gives a sense of privacy and an amazing terrace! Everything else was perfect, though we did wish there were more utensils and a couple extra plates.
