The location is great, just a few meters from the main road and close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area. Communication via messaging was good, and we received the room code before arrival, so parking was hassle‑free. We were in town for a reunion with friends and didn’t use breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The lack of on‑site reception has both pros and cons. At about 3 am for roughly two hours, some young guests in nearby rooms started singing, running down the corridor, slamming doors, and shouting, which was unpleasant. It really bothered us; we’ll have to think carefully before returning.

The room is spacious in a well‑organized, larger complex with many rooms and common areas. The deliberate lack of staff can be a plus, but in this case it left us feeling somewhat abandoned during our six‑day stay, and some rules of civil coexistence were ignored, especially the excessive noise from other rooms in the middle of the night.

The room was spotlessly clean and came with all the useful amenities. The location is great for those who want to drive around the surrounding area. I’ll just give a few tips to make the service even better: it would help to have a mini fridge with a freezer in the room, which is essential for a seaside holiday. While you can use the shared fridge, it’s very small and not very reliable. The linen and towel service (once a week) is poorly organized – we only got new sheets after 11 days of a 14‑day stay, and towels were changed twice in the first six days and never again. Also, there’s a major issue with loud noise throughout the property at irregular intervals, getting louder the higher you are. The noise continues day and night, especially disturbing at night when everything should be quiet.
