The building looks beautiful, almost brand‑new, with a surf‑inspired, upscale décor. The staff were very friendly, and the location is right in the centre. The breakfast was top quality. The large room featured a terrace overlooking the pine trees with no view to the opposite side. I honestly couldn’t say anything negative.

The hotel is a short 10‑minute walk from town, situated in a quiet area with easy parking. The welcome was friendly, the hotel itself was quiet, and the room was clean but a bit sparse, lacking tea or coffee making facilities. The breakfast buffet was very good. Unfortunately, our air conditioning was faulty and made a horrendous noise all night, ruining the sleep. After complaining to the manager, we received a refund for breakfast. Hossegor is a popular tourist spot, with surfing and excellent beaches, so it gets extremely busy in summer.

The discreet cocooning charm, the charming staff, and the central city location were all perfect. Nothing negative.
