Frank was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome, which was a real plus. The flat, however, had a faint moldy smell and the subway rattled by day and night, which was a bit hard to ignore.

Everything looked just like the photos and the description, and Frank was quick to answer any question and sent all the info we needed right on time. No surprises, just a smooth stay.

The location is spot‑on and really easy to get to, which we loved. The low entrance can be tricky for taller people – my husband knocked his head a couple of times coming out of the basement – and there’s a faint odor in the corner near the desk opposite the bed. Otherwise, a solid stay.

It got pretty noisy at intervals, but if you’re only in town for a night or two just to sleep it’s bearable. Nothing else to complain about.
