“5 stars!”

I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay forced me to. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Taj Mahal, shops, and restaurants like McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, and local eateries. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Dinesh, the owner, is a genuinely kind man who took me out for tea and ice cream with his family, making me feel truly welcome. He constantly assured me that any issues would be resolved and asked if there was anything he could improve, showing he truly cares about his guests. Nothing negative to report.

“Great restaurants if you look for them. Short stopover for Agra Fort and Taj Mahal.”

We left because the area felt unpleasant, though the room itself was decent, to be fair. We should have done more research before booking.

I was initially hesitant after seeing a negative review posted a day before my arrival, but I went ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. After months in India, I can say this place was entirely positive. The room matched its description, was clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and professional, which made the stay even better. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. I can’t understand why such a harsh review exists, as it almost made me miss out on a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

“Very bad experience and unfrienldly and unprofessional staff.”

Nothing really. Very unfriendly staff, Broken Door Handles, Broken Taps, Lights didnt work, Broken Remote control, Dirty Mattress, Didnt had Hot Water Kettle, Toilet paper, No Hot Water in taps, Flush doesnt work and too many issues as promised and upon requesting that staff tells us to go and find another room when we were checking in at 11.30pm in the night with kid and elderly parents. Literally had no option to do anything else. Was a waste of holiday time, money and effort. In return the staff offered us to pay Rs.1,000 per night insted of Rs.1,700 as there were too many issues with the property
