Nothing good to say. The place was filthy; if I had a car instead of a bike I certainly wouldn’t have stayed here. The bed creaked so badly you couldn’t turn, the weeds were a nightmare, and the garden was a huge pile of rubble.

The spot was great, close to the city center but pretty quiet, with no curfew, no nosy staff, and no other restrictions. Yet spiders were everywhere, the refrigerators smelled bad and were unusable, and it felt like no one had cleaned at all. In the room with balcony doors, there was no window to leave open at night, making it hard to sleep when the room was fully closed, and the bed creaked, ruining the rest.

The place was centrally located in Zdzieszowice and the kitchen and terrace access were convenient. However, it seemed like a workers’ hotel; if you care about cleanliness, it’s not suitable. The bedding was washed, but the common areas were dirty, and the room itself was dusty with someone’s underwear in the cupboard. You’d have to bring your own toilet paper and towels; we got some from a Ukrainian builder.

The location was awesome, silence at night was great, the beds were comfortable, there were power outlets by the beds, and the host was fantastic. Everything was fine.

The room was fairly large and warm, and there was parking in the yard. The front door required a password that didn’t work; we struggled to get in and tried contacting the host with no success. Men eventually let us in after we knocked. We checked in at 23:00 as booked, but the hosts weren’t present or in contact to confirm our arrival. When we messaged about the password issue, we didn’t get a reply until 9 am. We booked for three people but only one towel was provided.
