We expected a good breakfast at the café, but it was only open on weekends, which was a bit disappointing. We booked through an unspecified platform and received no instructions before arrival; when we got there the glamping area was closed. Luckily a local helped us contact the PIC. Check‑in and check‑out were self‑service, which we were fine with, but clearer instructions would help. The PIC number we called wasn’t answered, leaving us hanging until the local stepped in.

The scenery was absolutely stunning, especially at night when the views from above Gunung were breathtaking. The glamping experience was also top-notch, feeling like a luxury hotel. However, the toilet was a major letdown - it was far from our glamping spot, and the pool was a disappointment.

It was a bit of a concern that there was no staff on hand to handle check-in, and everything seemed to be left to chance. Security was also a worry, with no one manning the station or monitoring guests. To make matters worse, the toilet was far away, and there was no wash basin for brushing teeth - just a standing pipe. It felt like a pretty insecure place to stay.
