The hotel had a good location, not far from Independence Hall; the room was a bit small but clean. There was a map that helped you find a nearby parking garage, which was very convenient. The staff lacked a bit of warmth, except for the gentleman at checkout who was very nice! The breakfast was fine, typical American style.

I liked the price and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I didn’t like having to walk to the parking garage, but I’m glad it wasn’t raining.

The upgraded room was very quiet and pleasant. We enjoyed the breakfast and the wine and cheese night. The location was excellent. Not much. The elevator needed vacuuming? Our check-in clerk didn't seem overwhelmingly enthusiastic. But mostly, everyone was kind and friendly
