The location, comfort, and sauna were great, but I left a pair of pants in the hotel and no one answered me.

Cleanliness and comfort were good, and the breakfast was very good! I couldn’t get a late check‑out and the reception staff seemed a bit impatient.

Breakfast was decent, but the Wi‑Fi never worked, ruining my work routine while I was there. Elevators sometimes took over five minutes to reach the floor, and they charged 11 reais to bring a napkin to my room.

Sempre que viajo para o Rio, seja para Copacabana ou para a Barra, a rede Windsor é a minha escolha certeira de hospedagem! E a experiência no Windsor Tower só confirmou mais uma vez o padrão de excelência da franquia. Tudo é impecável os quartos são super modernos, extremamente limpos, silenciosos e com uma cama maravilhosa que garante uma noite de sono perfeita. A estrutura do hotel é fantástica, com uma área de piscina e rooftop com uma vista linda, além de uma localização super conveniente e segura na Barra. Mas o grande diferencial, sem dúvidas, é a equipe do check-in aos funcionários do restaurante e governança, todos são sempre educados, solícitos e muito atenciosos. Eu já fiz essa observação em outras unidades da rede e vou reforçar aqui novamente como uma sugestão construtiva. Acho que vocês poderiam ter um espaço/vestiário onde os hóspedes pudessem tomar um banho rápido e se trocar após o check-out. Hoje temos apenas a ducha da sauna, mas a água é extremamente gelada (e nem sempre está calor) e o espaço é totalmente aberto, sem privacidade. Não precisa ser nada demais: apenas um vestiário funcional já faria toda a diferença. Muitos hóspedes pegam voos apenas no final do dia ou à noite, e o check-out ao meio-dia acaba deixando a gente sem esse suporte para aproveitar as últimas horas na cidade. Fica aqui a sugestão para melhorar ainda mais a experiência!
