The room smelled strongly of must when the AC was off, but it could be ventilated; opening the sliding back door (the lock didn’t work, but a jamb pole did) revealed a portable dehumidifier that usually signals mold, the sheets on one bed were fresh while the other bed had dirty sheets with more than ten hairs, there were no bath towels but we had washcloths, the shower tub had not been cleaned since the last guest with soap and wrapper still in it, the floors had film and 5–6 small piles of gypsum dust from sanding, the ice makers didn’t work, the hot tub didn’t work, and we were reluctant to use the pool because we didn’t know who managed the water treatment, so we went down the street to stay elsewhere.

The room was infested with roaches, so we couldn't stay. The staff were rude and tried to add an extra charge for disability accommodation.

The location was good, but there was no breakfast—only coffee and cereal, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The check‑in person was super nice and willing to help, but I couldn’t understand him. Breakfast was limited to cereal, and the waffle maker had no ingredients. The pool was dirty and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
