The location is good, and walking into the town to the restaurants takes about 10 minutes. The rooms on the back side of the parking lot are problematic; every time a car leaves, exhaust fumes blow into the rooms. The high room rates are not justified in our opinion, and the breakfast is laid out in a totally bland way.

The beds are good and clean. The accommodation was ready, but we could only get the room earlier for an extra 500 CZK.

The hotel's staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, with some members even speaking German to make guests feel more at home.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enchanting, thanks to its breathtaking underwater world. The surroundings of Lipno Lake were a stunning backdrop for our excellent boat tours. However, we did not encounter any issues during our visit.
