How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The décor feels fresh and the room is lovely, clean, and spacious, providing all the necessary amenities. The receptionist was very welcoming, though I would have appreciated welcome biscuits if I’m being picky.

The place sits in a quiet spot, the room is spacious with twin double beds and a simple convector heater that’s easy to handle; the check‑in staff were lovely and parking is straightforward. Both room and bathroom were clean, making it perfect for a short visit. However, the beds need updating as the mattresses weren’t that comfortable, the dining chair beside the fitted table was also quite uncomfortable, and the room lighting feels rather harsh.

Clean and quiet. Lack of additional resources ( milk etc ) Probably available but not in the reception of the hotel

Good staff, very helpful Comfy bed. Not enough plug sockets, husband has breathing machine, no plug near bed so lead had to be dragged across the floor, and only 1 of us could charge our phone as there were only 2 sockets in whole room. No hairdryer( which I didn't notice until I had washed my long hair) so had to go out with wet hair Lift only works if you are going up, you can't call it if you want to go back down
