How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot was excellent and the useful services included in the stay—water, tea, kitchen, meeting room and common lounge—were appreciated. I would suggest better ventilation, a coat rack or a place for luggage, plus table lamps and lighting by the front door.

As someone who usually goes for the bunk bed shared room, this room already feels like a 5 star hotel. It's well located too, close to Roma and farther from Doctores. HOWEVER, the bed was slightly dirty, there were still hairs in the shower drain, toilet doesn't flush, there were ants everywhere and a dried roach on the wall

Very comfortable and well‑located for visiting points of interest and the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice location, within walking distance to many places and a quiet area. The hotel was quiet and calm, but it felt very empty, so it might be worse if more guests stayed. Good and fast Wi‑Fi when it worked. Friendly “doorman.” When we arrived it was very untidy: hair in the bed and shower; shampoo stains in the shower; hair, lint and old toilet paper on the floor; no bags in the toilet paper dispenser; too little toilet paper (I got more when I asked). Wi‑Fi stopped working, but luckily we could connect to the co‑working network, even though it was a bit weaker in our room than the dedicated room network.
