The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly, and the room stayed clean. The pool was closed, and the door was hard to open and close; you had to push hard.

The location was good. We were assigned room 100, right next to an exit door, so people kept coming and going all night. The guests above us had children who jumped on the floor until after midnight. When I turned on the sink, water poured out underneath. The pool was closed. There was no coffee maker in the room, and mold was on the dresser. The AC didn’t cool the room enough.

The location and room type were fine, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable and light leaked through all four edges of the door.

Don't know. had to cancel my reservation. I didn't like the fact that in the first 5 pictures it shows a pool. Get there to check in and signs posted saying pool is under construction

The room was clean and well maintained, but none of the amenities worked—no pool, no fitness centre, and no ice machine.
