The staff at this hotel are absolute gems - Edwin went above and beyond to help us with an early check-in, sorted out tickets and tours, and was just a pleasure to deal with. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the city center, and the rooms are spacious and super comfy. We also appreciated the daily cleaning and the sense of safety that came with staying here.

“Mal momento que pase con mi familia en primeros días de mis vacaciones”

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We booked a room with a double bed months in advance, but when we arrived, they told us they didn't have any available. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us extra for a different room, and we ended up paying over €80 more than we should have. It was a nightmare, especially since we had already booked and paid for tours to Machu Picchu.

“Ótimo custo benefício, ficamos gratos”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the room was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and we loved being able to walk to the city center. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the prices are really reasonable. The laundry service is a bonus, too. If I'm being picky, the breakfast could be improved with some more options like milk, hot chocolate, and fruit.

“El mejor en calidad precio en familia”

I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel - the facilities and services were top-notch and it's perfect for a family trip. The location was great, but unfortunately, the noise from the surrounding area was a bit of a nuisance.
