How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A brand‑new, super comfy hotel with excellent access to the airport and Ostia Antica. The staff were helpful, breakfast was good, and they offered a shuttle bus if needed. The location is great for the airport, but beyond that it’s a bit limited without a car. Staff helped with bags to the first floor via wheelchair access, but there doesn’t seem to be an elevator. There were a few problems with the property gate that I expect they’ll fix.

We stayed in Fiumicino because our flight departed early; the lady who served us prepared a super abundant takeaway breakfast. The hotel is new, the rooms are very comfortable, and the shower is great. There aren’t many restaurants in the area for the evening, but the one nearby is excellent.
